Knight of the Month For October 2007
Please congratulate our Brother George Seif
George Seif, while a fairly new member of the Council, comes from a family with a long and rich history with St. Thomas the Apostle Parish. George recently “returned home” when he transferred into our council and he has immediately made significant contributions to our efforts. George was a “hands-on” volunteer at the Halloween party where he willingly assisted before, during and after the event. George is a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus and through the years has been a Grand Knight and a District Deputy before transferring to our Council. George brings years of Knights of Columbus experience to our Council combined with a generous and kind demeanor. Keep up the great work, George!
We congratulate the Cullen Family
The Cullen Family is a great example of a generous and involved Catholic family. Carl is a devoted husband to Diane and together they are the proud and loving parents to Thomas and Christian. Carl is a “go to guy” in the Council who is never shy to volunteer and he always has a witty remark or a timely one-liner to brighten our gatherings. Carl also serves on the St. Thomas School Board and Diane, when not working to help others, finds time to volunteer with the St. Thomas Parents Club. Thomas and Christian are accomplished students at St. Thomas as well as skillful athletes. Whether it is in the school yard, the ball field, or the Church pew the Cullen Family leaves a lasting impression of a faith-filled family that understands and lives for each other as well as to serve others in the community.
